Individual Therapy for Men
Online therapy or in-person — 50 min
As men, we often carry the weight of life in silence — anger, anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, or guilt.
You don’t have to carry it alone.
Therapy gives you a space to face what’s really going on, without judgment or pressure. A space to speak honestly, to release what you’ve been holding in, and to start making sense of it.
This is where you regain control — not by pushing things down, but by understanding them.
Together, we work toward clarity, inner calm, and a stronger, more aligned version of yourself.

Couples Therapy
Online therapy or in-person — 100 min
Our relationships can become difficult: repeated arguments, feeling misunderstood, or emotional distance.
In-person and online couples therapy offers you a safe space to look at what’s happening with honesty—without judgment or blame.
I work from the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, along with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, and Polyvagal Theory, to help you understand your reactions, communicate better, and restore emotional connection.
Each session is an opportunity to strengthen your bond, transform blocks, and build a more conscious and balanced relationship.

IFS Group Therapy for Men
In-person or online group therapy is an opportunity for men who want to grow and heal in community.
We explore the different parts within us—the protector, the inner critic, the one that pushes hard, or the one that fears being seen—learning to relate to them with understanding and authenticity.
Sharing this process with other men helps break isolation, foster connection, and transform vulnerability into strength.
Each group session is a space for listening, respect, and growth.

Workshops and Courses for Companies and Schools
In addition to in-person and online psychotherapy, I offer workshops and training for companies, educators, and organizations seeking to strengthen emotional well-being and mental health within their teams.
In the workplace, we focus on burnout prevention, emotional regulation, and conscious leadership. In educational settings, we address social media use, role models, and education around intimacy and sexuality.
Using the IFS approach and integrative psychology, I adapt each program to the group and its context, creating spaces to learn, connect, and support collective well-being.
My Therapeutic Approach
In my work, I integrate different psychological approaches that complement each other, adapting each process to the story, pace, and needs of each man.
There is no single way to heal—this is why my approach is based on an open, deep, and human perspective.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy
IFS is a practical way to understand what’s really going on inside you. Instead of seeing yourself as one fixed identity, we work with the different parts that show up in your daily life — like the inner critic that pushes you hard, the part that shuts down under pressure, or the one that reacts with anger when something feels off. Each of these parts has a role. Most of them are trying to protect you, even if their way of doing it isn’t always helpful. In this work, we don’t suppress or fight these parts. We get to know them, understand what drives them, and bring them into better balance. Creating a more compassionate inner dialogue. That’s how you move from being pulled in different directions to feeling more clear, steady, and in control — connected to a deeper, more grounded sense of yourself.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a structured, practical approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify the patterns that keep you stuck — like negative thinking, self-doubt, avoidance, or habits that no longer serve you. These patterns often run automatically, shaping how you feel and act without you even noticing. Through this work, you learn to challenge unhelpful thoughts, shift your perspective, and respond in more effective ways. CBT gives you concrete tools to break these cycles, build healthier habits, and create more clarity and stability in your day-to-day life.
Solution-Focused Therapy
This is a direct, goal-oriented approach that focuses on what’s already working — and how to build on it. Instead of going deep into the problem, we focus on solutions. What do you want to change? What would progress actually look like? And what small steps can get you there? Together, we identify practical, achievable actions that create momentum and lead to real, measurable change. It’s about cutting through the noise, staying focused, and moving forward in a way that feels clear, effective, and sustainable.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
MBCT combines practical tools with mindfulness to help you become more aware of what’s happening inside you — especially in moments of stress, overwhelm, or emotional reactivity. Instead of getting caught in automatic thoughts or emotions, you learn to step back and observe them with more clarity and control. This creates space to respond differently, rather than reacting on autopilot. We also explore how your emotional patterns show up in relationships — how you connect, where you pull back, and what might still be unresolved. Through this process, you begin to regulate your emotions more effectively, heal underlying patterns, and build a stronger, more stable connection with yourself and others.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
EFT helps you understand how your emotions shape the way you relate to yourself and to others. Together, we explore the emotional patterns that show up in your relationships — how you connect, where you protect yourself, and what gets triggered under stress. These patterns often come from earlier experiences and can keep repeating if they’re not addressed. Through this work, you begin to process and heal underlying emotional wounds, rather than reacting from them. This allows you to build stronger, more secure connections — with yourself and with others — from a place that feels more grounded, open, and real.
Positive Psychology, Attachment Theory, and Polyvagal Theory
These perspectives allow me to work through nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and overall well-being. They help us understand how your body and mind respond to stress, connection, and past experiences — and how these responses shape the way you feel, think, and relate to others. Through these techniques, we focus on creating a greater sense of stability, resilience, and safety within yourself, so you can navigate life with more balance and confidence.
